My personal reaction after I attended in Mr. Mubasyir's class, lecturing about policy implementation. I do agree with Mr.Mubasyir, saying about "the benefit of management" due to the aspect of management will give crucial impacts for developing, improving and renewing the health system.
Related on my bachelor degree, I learned about health policy and administration. Indeed, it is not easy to create policy, including good policy and good implementation. As a matter of fact, policy always interacts many aspect as the consequences of policy will brings changing in economy, social, politic, or even culture. Transparency of creating policy is only "a symbol" when government only want to create "holly status" without corruption or the "profit field" for special organization/group.

All of my statement only for my disappointing in the current condition, but I always look at the bright side. I believe that we will destroy the bad side with the enduring energy and will be one of the agent of change especially in health sector. The new ideas, innovation based on critical thinking bring the new reformation for policy. I hope that all of lessons during the master period, it will be affect in new sights, right strategies, flow of thinking and breakthrough health systems.
