Inequities Gender

Renie Cuyno M
Many things will be clear when we cogitate about the bad issues in outside views. I choose gender as my favorite article. It is hard for me when I pick one articles due to all aspects look like awesome in my view. I really understand when we should be a professional in future work. The measurement of professionalism is the relating the field when we want to make decision for education background, experiences and passions. My education background was bachelor of public health and it was a much more experiences in this field rather than others and my new passion is inequality gender related to social determinants of health. In my personal aspect, passion is the key of my problem.

My comment for journal 1 :
The journal describe about inequities gender. We already know that the obvious factor of malnutrition in NTT is poverty, but gender inequality worsens, showing double burden of women especially pregnant, lactating mothers. The journal describes the limited power of creating decision because of her level of family and culture belief, whereas women play a key role in achieving food and nutrition security.

My comment for journal 2 :
The journal is one of my lovely journal. The theories and practices are completed to know how to do health promotion based on multi sector approach. It describes about the role of health promotion policies based on gender is more powerful way to tackle gender problem instead of policies without thinking in gender aspects. Giving examples to build a multi-sector policy respond in gender inequities in health through health promotion and disease prevention.

Unfortunately, I should pay for this journal. "The health-care system is itself a social determinant of health, influenced by and influencing the effect of other social determinants. Gender, education, occupation, income, ethnicity, and place of residence are all closely linked to access to, experiences of, and benefits from.."-- The piece information from journal.
